Conditions Of Services

  1. Actual price may vary due to different materials, size and handling methods.
  2. No liability will be accepted for any defects or damages to article(s) caused by wear and tear, exposure or manufacture defects.
  3. We will not be responsible for any loss of buttons, ornaments or anything left in pockets or any part of the article(s).
  4. All article(s) with the care label “Dry Clean Only” is expected to be able to handle the dry cleaning process, including all buttons, sequins or any other ornaments on the article(s) itself.
  5. Subject to the above, if article(s) is proven to have been lost or damaged through our negligence, our liability shall be limited to the fair value of the article at the time it was received, after taking into consideration depreciation in value due to age, fashion and use, and shall not exceed more than 10 times the regular service charge for each article. In addition, such loss/damage shall be deemed not to exceed S$100.00 for each article.
  6. All claims shall be notified within 24 hours after receipt of article(s).
  7. All article(s) must be claimed within one month from the date of receipt. All unclaimed article(s) will be donated to charity organisations of our choosing.
  8. Stain removals will be attempted upon customers’ request. Stain removal is done at owner's risk and complete removal of stains is not guaranteed. Charges may apply.
  9. Customers are reminded that it is an offence under the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance to send bedding, clothing or other articles which have been in contact with infectious diseases to a public wash house.
